Abstract

The Mellanby Review Award is named after Kenneth Mellanby, the founding editor of Environmental Pollution. The award is made on a biennial basis to a distinguished scientist in one of the many areas that make up the broad field of environmental pollution. The recipient is asked to write a critical review paper that will be published in the journal and will also receive a US $1500 bursary and travel funds to attend a meeting where the paper will be presented in a public lecture and an award certificate presented.
