Abstract

Patients with clinically localized prostate cancer presenting for extirpative therapy often have a prior history of pelvic surgery. This must be taken into account when offering various surgical options. We present two patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RALRP) after having previously undergone implantation of three-piece inflatable penile prostheses. A video is provided for illustration of our technique.
