Abstract

Since some success had been achieved with a one-stage tubed pedicled graft urethroplasty, this principle was applied in a case of peno-coronat hypospadias. The operation was performed in one stage, and illustrations are presented showing the technique of operation. The results suggest that the procedure may have some application in the management of hypospadias.
