Abstract

What happens to acellular human dermal allograft (AHDA) after shoulder superior capsular reconstruction? AHDA appears to be a biological scaffold supportive of cellular infiltration, neovascularization, and incorporation of connective tissue. The process may be associated with inferior biomechanical properties during graft remodeling.
