Abstract

Deregulated expression of the MYC oncoprotein enables tumor cells to evade immune surveillance, but the mechanisms underlying this surveillance are poorly understood. We show here that endogenous MYC protects pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) driven by KRAS
