Differentiating among three measures of career preference.

Abstract

Investigated the dimensionality, reliability, and factor stability of 3 social-learning measures of education and training aspirations, career-entry expectations, and career task self-efficacy. Ss were 435 business administration students who were making career decisions. Results show career preference to be a multidimensional construct.
