This study aimed to evaluate and improve the construction processes for basements in Fargo, North Dakota. Basement construction was scrutinized in this study as a small but vital aspect of the many processes that go into building many homes in Fargo. A typical residential basement was analyzed to identify critical areas that could be improved in the construction process.
