The basis of our Faculty Change Agent Model (see Figure 1) was a program that involved three cohorts of faculty members over a 5-year period that was funded by grants from the National Science Foundation: Supporting and Advancing Geoscience Education at Two-Year Colleges (SAGE 2YC: Faculty as Change Agents).
