Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) is frequently used to define the threshold of acceptable processing temperatures for hot melt extrusion. Herein, evaluation of chemical stability of amorphous drug and polymer systems was assessed by a critical evaluation of TGA nonisothermal and isothermal methods.
