Experienced faculty who change academic positions must adjust quickly to a new academic and clinical setting. Although strategies to facilitate integration for faculty new to the role are available, integrating experienced faculty presents a different challenge, and these strategies are not available in the literature. This article presents relevant orientation strategies for both clinical and academic settings.
