Abstract

If staff are involved in selecting a new ED nurse manager, it improves satisfaction and morale. Applicants can be interviewed by a panel of staff members. Invite staff to give input on the questions you ask candidates. Allow staff to choose the top candidates, but have administration make the final selection.
