1. Sandra Zawalski, BSN, RN, CRRN, CCM, ABDA, MSCC, is the Immediate Past Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers. Ms. Zawalski is an independent case management consultant who has worked in numerous practice settings over the course of her career. Chikita Mann, MSN, RN, CCM, is a Commissioner with the CCMC. She is a case manager supervisor with GENEX Services Inc., and the author of 10 Commandments of Telecommuting: How to be Successful Working at Home.
