Abstract

To bring the system of training in epidemiology at the therapeutic department in full accordance with the requirements for professional skill, future physicians should be trained in the epidemiological (population) method of investigation. Effective primary prophylaxis is possible only when future physicians learn to evaluate the state of public health to reveal risk factors and risk groups.
