Abstract

This survey examined baccalaureate, diploma, and associate degree nursing program graduates regarding their perception of their competency in technical, communicative, and administrative skills and their supervisors' perceptions of their competency. Differences were found among graduates' perceptions of their competency as well as in supervisors' perceptions of graduates' competency in these skills.
